Start the quest in Giran by speaking with with Veteran Ascalon, who is located outside the entrance to the Weapons Shop. He sends you off to Dion to see Mason.
Find Mason who is a little north of Dion WareHouse and talk to him. He
will send you to get the heads of 100 Bloody Axe Elite.
You can find them in the plains of the lizardmen.
Return to Mason in Dion when you get 100. He will give you Mason's Letter to take back to Veteran Ascalon. Go do that now.
Now you need to speak to Groot. Head over to the magic shop and talk to Groot
he will tell you to go hunt Harpys, medusa and windus and bring back 30 items from each (90 total). Their locations are below.
Once
your done return to Groot, and he will give you a letter to take to
Veteran Ascalon. Go do that and then he will then send you to Oren Town
to help Captain Mouen.
Captain Mouen sends you out to Death pass to get 100 heads of Road Scavengers
Go back to Captain Mouen once more and he now asks you to get 100 Leto Lizardmen fangs
The
Leto Lizardmen all drop the quest items, Kill 100 and go back to Mouen
again (are you sick of this guy yet?) He will give a Letter to take to
Veteran Ascalon.
Go to Giran, give Veteran Ascalon the letter and you are finished!

Class Transfer Quests
You
will receive an exchange coupon that can be traded for a Shadow Weapon
after completing a transfer quest. You will receive a C-Grade Shadow
Weapon Exchange Coupon after completing the second class transfer. A
Shadow Weapon exchange coupon cannot be traded, dropped or sold at a
private store.
After completing a transfer quest and certain other quests, the player will strike a victory pose.
