*for this tutorial you will have to download the brushes Winter Breeze;
1) Create a new document with the dimensions 800×600 pixels and fill the background with black.
2) Create a new layer (Ctrl+Shift+N)
3) Select the color #aaaaaa, then grab the brush Sampled Brush 1 with the size 300 px.
4) Use this brush on our image.
5) Now select the brush Sampled Brush 12, with the size 200 px, and draw with this brush above the previous one.
6) Press Ctrl+T to resize the layer, and move it to the bottom left corner of the image.
7) Create a new layer, select the brush Sampled Brush 9, and use this brush three times, like in the next image.
8) Create a new layer, select the brush Sampled Brush 3 with the size 300 px, then draw with this brush on our image.
9) Press Ctrl+T and use Free Transform to resize the layer. Duplicate the layer two times and rotate those two layers in different directions.
10) Create a new layer, fill it with the color #188acc, and change the blending mode to Overlay.
11) Merge all the layers between blue layer and the background layer.
12) Use Dodge Tool with the following settings to give more light to some parts of the layer.
13) Select the Background layer, then select the brush Sampled Brush 6 with the color #aaaaaa, size 150 px, Opacity 15%, and Flow 15%, then use this brush to obtain a effect linke in the next image.

This tutorial would be nice for intermediate users. But most of the examples and sentences are too rushed it would be nice if you provided a more in depth view of what you've wanted the user to accomplish. Overall not a bad tutorial, just reconsider some of your methods for beginners too :)
