These next steps are almost exactly the same as the bracelet. Use the Marquee Tool to draw a rectangular shape and fill it with a linear gradient (black-white-black).
On the links I used the Elliptical Marquee Tool. This is what you should do with the left part. The differences is that you should delete the part where the gradient is above the pipe this time and reverse the gradient (white to the left). The carving on the left is just a simple stroke with 0 % fill opacity and Bevel and emboss (Direction - down)
The right side of the pipe is also strokes with 0% fill opacity and Bevel and emboss (Direction - down). Do as many layers you have to and place them in order direct under each other. If it's hard to move each layer straight use the down arrow key) When you're ready, merge them. The last thing you do is to load the layers opacity (Ctrl-click on the merged layer in the layerpalett) and go to Filter>>Distort>>Spherize. Use Vertical Mode 100%.
The two little buttons on the right side of the watch is only a gradient pipe witch I rotated and erased on the right to get a curved side. You can see above.
The three rings is just circles with 0% fill opacity and the layer style Stroke, fill type - gradient (white-grey-white-grey), style - linear
This is the detail to the circles. Create a new document about 200*200 pixels. In my example we need 24 strokes therefore we are going to make 25!? Fill your background with black and create a new layer. Use the marquee tool and make a rectangle (2*15 pixels) and fill it with white. Use the arrow key to move the selection six pixels to the right with the marquee tool still active (if not you might move the white rectangle instead). Fill this spot as well. Do this until you have 25 strokes. Now you are going to crop the pic using the crop tool (
). Crop the pic so that you have 24 strokes visible and 1 pixel to the left of the last (25) stroke. The pic has to have the same width and height. Mine is 144*144 pixels. To align the stroke layer you select everything (Ctrl+A), cut it out (Ctrl+X) and last but not least paste it (Ctrl+V). The stroke layer is now aligned vertical and horizontal but you have to move the stroke layer to the left. Therefore use the left arrow key to move it all the way to the left (above).
Select everything again (Ctrl+A) and go to Filter>>Distort>>Polar Coordinates. Make sure that Rectangular to Polar is checked. Finished!!! Use the Move Tool and drag the layer to your watch document. You might want to transform/scale (Ctrl+T) the layer in your watch document so that it fits.
There are off course differences between the different circles but the main principle is the same.
